Wrong alignment settings 3rd gen trd pro

Maybe i missed it here ..took my truck for service 5k and 10k..my tires are wearing badly on the outside edges..dealer told me it was normal.i contacted Falken tires..they told me the 23 tundra trd pro came from the factory with the wrong alignment settings and that toyota is aware of it.dealer was not helpful as they had no idea.had to start a case with toyota.longer story short i got brand new tires and the new correct alignment settings..has anyone else been aware of this or having issues with tires?
