2001 Toyota tundra

My Toyota tundra has about 240000 miles on it. Would Royal purple hmx be a good oil to bring my engine back to life and drive smooth. I know that regular oil changes can do that but is this oil any good?

There is nothing that will bring your engine back to new beyond rebuilding. No motor oil you buy is going to magically make your engine run smooth again.

If you want to know what oil to run, I recommend checking out the BITOG forum (Bob Is The Oil Guy)
