I have a 2nd generation Tundra with 110,000 miles that it won't start at least the outside temperature is 75 degree or higher. After that it will run perfectly fine with no check engine light on.

Sounds like a bad battery. Cold, although lower 70s is not cold, slows down battery chemical reaction and loses power.

Ensure the wire terminals are tight & clean: battery positive & negative, and the grounding wire on the body.

First, Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! From the earlier posts it sounds like the battery turns it over just fine, but the engine just won't start to run on its own, but only at relatively cooler temperatures, right? I'll throw an idea at you, but you will get better responses from the Ask The Toyota Mechanic thread, found here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/ask-the-toyota-mechanic.2404/

My thoughts are the fuel filter. Something in there may be gumming up when the temps drop.

When back to the truck around 1pm and it just started right up. My obd2 scanner show codes p0118, p0125, p2714 but only in the morning. After it started they go away. In the morning when I crank the engine the code come back. try to erase then but they come back on even without cranking the engine. I change the coolant with 100 % coolant, installed a new coolant temperature sensor with no change. The cts shows 11.6v in the brown wire and 4.1 on the green black stripe wire. I am planing to change the thermostat today and do a pressure text. By the way, I check all the ground I was able to find but no luck

PS Two more code showed up today using a snap on scanner. code P0352 and code P1604. When I crank the vehicle in the morning it show the check engine light and the a/t fluid... in red letter.
