First, Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! That still sound like a fuse issue. Did you use a meter to check them or just try to look at them? Did you check all the fuses: under the hood AND the panels under the dash?

    Greetings from Maine!
I doid not put a meter on the panels yet. I did check each and every fuse by eye and removed each one with all of them still in tact.

I have visually checked many fuses that turned out to be bad. I tried to blame it on old eyes but my ophthalmologist told I have the eyes of someone 15 years younger than I am. 20/20 in my right eye and just slightly less in my left. Now I use a meter every time I'm checking fuses. All you need is the continuity checker.
