    Hi All,
Very odd situation that started about a month ago. I installed the Toyota wireless charger in the arm rest. I know, should have used a different one. Lesson learned.

On to the problem. Had two sensors that were going bad, so I had all four replaced with toyota sensors, not generic. Not sure that has anything to do with the issue, but it didn't happen to my knowledge until after this even. When charging a phone on the wireless charger the TPMS system can't see/read the sensor data. After some time, 10-20 minutes, the TMPS light starts flashing. This happens with iPhone and Samsung. If I remove the phone from the charger or turn the charger off the sensor readings are seen almost immediately. I am pretty sure it isn't the wiring for the charger as the TPMS readings will update when the charger is turned off. Has to do with the charging itself. Doesn't happen when charger is on, but no phone on charger. I don't think it is the phone as I tried two different phones/manufacturers. I haven't tried to charge the phones with a cable to see if it happens in that situation.

I see in a web search that other auto manufacturers have this issue with cheap USB cables, but I can't find anything for Toyota. Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you fix it?

What error message do you see when this interference happens?

It was the flashing TPMS light for a bit and then it turned solid. I figured it was counterfeit sensors from eBay. Even the Toyota dealer couldn’t figure out the issue. I had all sensors replaced about a month ago when I got new tires and no issues since. Lesson learned, don’t buy electrical parts from places like that or the one with an A.
