    So here’s the scoop
    New Tundra 4,000 miles
I realize what the issue is, wipers went on when either frozen to windscreen or too much snow on the windscreen. Wasn’t deliberate, I hit the remote start button to warm it up before driving, and the truck is way out of view, I didn’t realize the last person using it left the wipers on, so they came on automatically too unbeknownst to me.

Came out and one wiper working the other stopped. I could freely move the dead wiper.
Removed the wiper and I’ve attached photos, there is wear on both the wiper, and where the wiper connects on the motor.

I put the wiper back on and tightened it down good. It’s working...but my question is for how long?, and should I just replace it now?

if so does anyone know the parts and if this is a handy at home replacement, ie not worried about the new wiper arm but more so the receiving part on the motor where it mounts.

    Thanks in advance

There is not much left for the wiper to grip on to. Not much at all, but if it's working.........

What’s the deal with replacing that receiving piece ? Is it separate/replaceable? Difficult....I guess that determines the next step if any
