Wiper insert P/N canceled or backordered??

I ordered a set of the wiper inserts from Toyota Parts Deal and they accepted the order, then 3 days later canceled it with this message. Seriously?

We are writing to inform you that order CT85827743 has been voided. Your order has been voided because of the following reason(s): The ordered part(s) have been discontinued (no longer available) and/or is backordered with no ETA date by the manufacture.

Edit: I am traveling, and the local dealer says they can order them. But I did not place the order so I don't know if he will have the same issue or not. I am in FL and none of the dealers are linked into the Toyota parts gateway, nor do they have online ordering of any kind. What a bass ackwards place.

 

I called the local Toyota dealer, and they said that they were backordered, but that their warehouse was expecting to get 49 this Wednesday. So, he should have some Thursday or Friday. We'll see. But their prices are ridiculous, $16 for each insert whereas the online pricing I had seen was $7 or $8. But this is the only way I can get these in real time in advance of my return trip. I know, I could get aftermarket, but I have had such mixed results with aftermarket blades, only a rare few that were positive, even using the same brand and model that was good, at least once. Only to be surprised at how bad the next time was. LOL.
