    Greetings,
I filled up with Shell 87 yesterday. Made a 120 mile trip on the interstate. Mileage was about 16.5 as opposed to 18.5 I usually get. Tires are properly inflated and the temperature was in 35 to 50 range. I wonder if we are getting some E15 now. Live in East TN. Truck is a 2019 DC.
    Thanks,
    BC

I always get poor mileage in the winter. I commute about 80 miles roundtrip a day for work 90% highway and I am getting about 16-16.5. Yup winter fuel sucks. It will change in march-April. Thankfully my work pays for most of my gas.

Mine has dropped from 14 to 12 recently... so yeah... winter fuel sucks.

Thanks for the replies. This is the most dramatic decrease I have ever seen, so it was a surprise. OTOH, the truck ran great.

    Tastefully enhanced...
I stick with no-ethanol fuel and have been staying fairly consistent this winter...last year I didn't and hovered in the 10s for a couple months with no changes...most of the time, the non-ethanol fuel is the higher grade so their is a price to play Their games...

Yes, winter blend fuel and add colder temps with longer warm up time = reduced MPG.
