How big of a priority should fixing this seal where the windshield meets the plastic cowl? I noticed it while washing the truck and I tried to fix it while I was working on it, but it seems like the rubber seal is torn on the back. What is the process for replacing this and is there a risk of water getting into the interior of the truck if I don't get to it for a couple weeks?

Interesting. Just had a rear window replaced on anothern vehicle and the glass was set into the seal with adhesive so both things had to be new. Not saying that is the case for the Tundra. Personally, id definitely hit that with some black RTV to "create" a seal to keep water out. That won't affect visible and should last a good long while until you can get the seal replaced.
