I think you joined the wrong forum for info on that issue.

PLEASE don't put that on your truck.

    How does the hood open?

Or is the added bonus making the engine maintenance free for life..

Thanks everyone! And ok ok I won’t do it haha!

ok next question though… what bumper should I get? I want it to be aggressive but not to over the top.

I have blacked out all my emblems and rims so I’m trying to get rid of the chrome

    Welcome from Oregon!

I think you’ll enjoy some custom bumpers a lot more than you’d enjoy the MadMax windshield rack/guard/frame.... whatever the hell that thing is....

    Have fun and welcome!

I guess it can diminish your wallet payload considerably too.

What in the Batmobile is that thing? I don't even understand why it was created? Does it reinforce the frame around the windshield?

Don't follow too close and you can avoid many of those. The worst are concrete trucks that just pulled out or flatbed trucks that were or are hauling bricks, pavers, or similar.

If you put that on your truck, please update us on how quick and how often you get pulled over and ticketed. That can’t be legal because it looks like it will obstruct a good bit of the view.

I’ve seen these on Jeeps. They can look ok if you go all out and pair it with a grumper and other mods. Not something I would do, but to each their own.
