Window Shifting Noise

So I had the driver's side window seal replaced, not for wind noise but my window was getting hung up and chugging going down/going slow up. Dealer didn't fight me (to much...). Had that done about 500 miles ago, not sure if that is even related, but it now sounds like my drivers side window is shifting ever so slightly whenever I hit a bump. When my seal was first replaced it wasn't doing this, which is why I am not 100% sure that is the cause. My truck only has 5k miles on it.

Man is this noise annoying...I searched for this real quick but just saw wind noise complaints. I will address with the dealer eventually but hoping for a solution until then, maybe stick a piece of weather stripping somewhere or something...It seems to be what TRD Jon in describing his video's for those that have seen his Tundra reviews. Any ideas before I put my fist through the window.

 

No solution for this driver side window noise. Go back to the dealer and ask them to replace the window runner again or redo whatever they did.
