Anyone else have this issue? I use the auto down feature (it’s all stock) and the window goes down most of the way. It’ll stop with a few inches left and I have to push again. Sometimes twice to go all the way down. Holding down the button like old school will make the window go down in one shot. Going up is fine but very slow.

It’s been below freezing lately and in single digits. In the video below, outside temp is 22 degrees F and there is absolutely no ice/snow or anything in the window jam or on the window.

Don’t mind the salt, I’ve been heading an hour one way to Cleveland for a work conference and there’s more salt than asphalt on the highways right now.

We've had 15-20* weather here the past couple of nights and mine has been going down slowly and then doing the same thing. In the afternoon it works fine after it warms up. I'm thinking it's just cold and that's the way it is. First winter for me with it so others might know better if this is normal or not.

Yeah I'm sure it's weather related. The motor must not like the cold this year. Previous 4 winters haven't had any issues so not sure if it'll be a problem going forward or just it's new baseline approach.

My F-150's windows were slowing down so I sprayed some silicone lubricant (Blaster) on the edges where the seal and window meet. Actuate it up and down and it greatly increased window speed. I'll check my Tundra to see if it does the same thing though.

I'll have to try that and see if it helps. I've always noticed even in normal weather, the Tundra's windows go up really slow compared to other vehicles.
