My driver’s side window has been noticeably slow going up when it’s cold. This weekend it actually WOULDN’T go up but I was able to grab it and pull it up eventually. I have tint on it but it’s a common brand, nothing out of the ordinary.

Anyone else having this issue? Dealer says they haven’t seen this with any others.

First thought is an issue with the window run channel. Next time you take it to your dealer, have them submit a QMR (Quality Monitoring Report)

Had this happen to me. The window was wet from a carwash and I just thought that it was a combination of wet and cold weather. The window went up but shuddered going up.

    Too many, but not enough....
long shot but maybe try some silicone in the channels and see if that helps

Happened to me. Then it quit all together. Mid-way on a 5 degree day. It is currently at the dealer getting the window motor replaced.

Had my driver window shudder while rolling down yesterday, 45 degrees and not wet. It did it twice, then stopped. Any others still having this issue? Suggestions?

I'd suggest to all those with a warranty on their truck, to go get new motors. I wouldn't be spraying things in there or messing with it myself, dealer is liable to blame you and stick you with the bill.

2024 Tundra. Same thing for me. Live in New England. Below 20 degrees its super slow. Brought it to the dealer today and it was 38 degrees out. They could not replicate it even though it was written on the work order as a cold weather issue. Just going to replace the motor myself.

I had a similar experience when we had a good cold snap in the lower teens, and that was the only time.
