I thought I read somewhere that you could adjust this feature, however after searching I could not find anything.

My issue is that a single press down on any of the four window switches will open the window completely. A single pull up of the switch will close all windows up EXCEPT the drivers window. The drivers window takes a second pull for it to auto up completely.

Is this something that can be changed without taking to the dealer?

If the driver window isn't functioning, it's most likely stopping due to resistance. I don't know the Toyota process, but other manufacturers can usually be recalibrated by rolling the window down and hold the button for 3-5 seconds, then roll it up and continue holding the button up 3-5 seconds.

I know my driver window is really picky, if I hit the smallest bump while moving it will cancel the auto up feature.
