I just got a recall notice in the mail about my steering hardware and the popping has been happening recently, even if my truck is lifted will they still fulfill the recall?

As long as your steering rack is still OEM i’m pretty confident they won’t deny your recall service.

If your rack was defective they should replace it. The lift didn’t cause the manufacturing defect. Now a dealer could deny warranty work for a rack if used on a tall lift

I replied to your comment on the power steering recall thread.
If your rack is has the dimple in the B pie piece, it needs to be replaced under the recall. However, they may charge you if your lift adds time or costs to the repairs. For example, 3rd brake light fails (not the bulb) and Toyota says they will cover it under warranty, but you have a cap on it. Toyota may charge you to remove and reinstall the cap so they can access the 3rd brake light.
