I recently purchased Bilstein 6112/5160 and Relations Race 17 inch wheels at 0 offset. Planning to set the lift at the top setting (2.5 inch). I'm trying to figure out what is the biggest tires I can fit without a cab mount chop? 285/75/17, 305/70/17 or 315/70/17?

with 0 offset, thinner tires will be easier to fit. You will have tons of room at UCA but it will get tight at body mount, mud flaps. Anything approaching 12.5 wide tire and 0 offset will probably have you hitting body mount.

It is often helpful to search the tires size here. I searched 305/70-17 and found this below. Search the other sizes and you may get some threads with pics and fitment info.

I have the same kind of set up except I have a different brand of shocks set at 3". My tires are 315/70/17. The only cutting I needed was to trim the bumper a little and of course removed the mud flaps.

Wondering if you ever pulled the trigger on some tires and how it worked out? I have 6112/5160 and a 0 offset rim waiting to go on. Just started looking around at tires and was wondering how things worked out for ya?

Going to have my Bilstein 6112/5160 and wheels installed on the 20th. I ordered 295/70/17 Cooper AT3 XLT tires. @Silver17 has a Tundra with a similar tire size, lift and wheel offset that had no issues besides the front mudflap.
