Will I gain much poke going from stock steel wheels to +40 offset and 35's?

I'm about to put a 3/1 lift on my 2020 and am looking at going from 33's on 18's, to 35's on 17's.

Currently I'm on stock wheels and 275/70R18 tires and am considering 17" Evo Corse wheels, but can't decide on +40 or 0 offset. As long as I get a little more poke, I'll be happy. But some of the zero offset rigs I've seen look a bit ridiculous to me.

My question is, how much more poke will I get going from my current setup to the +40 wheels and bigger tires?

I could just go for it and add spacers if there isn't enough poke, but I'd rather not.

What I really wish is that Evo Corse would make the Dakarzeros in +25!
