Why wont my 2014 tundra shift out of low range 3rd gear

My 2014 tundra will not come out of low range 3rd gear. I've checked fuses, and oil levels. All are fine.

Trying to get some clarification. But I agree unless OP is saying it’s stuck in 3rd and won’t go to 2nd or 1st…
