I know there’s a lot about these tires but I was wondering who recalibrated their speedo for this size or just left it alone ? Thanks. Trying to decide between 275/70 and 285/70

I didn’t....and I probably should, I’m always over the limit anyways.

    I wouldn’t think it’s worth it.

I'm exactly 5% over, easy to calculate and pretty minimal increase usually so not worth it imo

    285/70/17’s no recal. Radar
Signs have been between 1-2mph off. No rubbing at all. But they were stock size with Rock Warrior trim so didn’t expect anything out of ordinary. I think from what I’ve gathered on the 18” it wasn’t an issue .

I barely rub the sway bar/shock resi at full turn, haven't noticed any rubbing anywhere else even when flexed. I'm on stock wheels though

Ok yea I’m keeping stock wheels too. What kind of suspension you have? Wondering if the stock pro will be ok

There was at the beginning at full lock, all i did was use a heat gun to push the plastic back , very little though.

Oh ok. That’s not bad! Do you have any kind of a lift? Or mods to the suspension to fit them?

I have 285/70/18 and I recalibrated my speedo after a year because it was annoying me. I’ve heard they don’t actually fix your odometer though.

edit: My radar has gps speedometer and it was 5mph off.
