    Hard for me to hear...first thought is fan clutch getting noisy?

    2021 Sequoia does the exact same thing always around 2300 rpms and when it is below 40 degrees and my truck only has 58K. I am lost at what it is, I have heard Fan Clutch, wire mesh in the throttle body and alternator.. Keep us posted if you find out.
