I am considering 295-70-R18 tires for my 2025 Platinum non TRD model.
    1. What wheel offset will make the tire fit flush with the wheel fenders?
    2. Will the combination of wheels and tires fit without rubbing and modification?

    I have 295/70/18 methods with +18 offset

doesn’t sit flush but it sits perfect so the truck doesn’t rub at full lock.

you do have to do the fender liner tuck tho and remove front mud flaps if you have them.

I also have the factory 3” lift tho

Method 318 bronze with offset +18 wrap with Falken AT4W 295-70-R18. Will this fit 2025 Platinum non TRD stock truck with no modifications and sit flush with the fenders (no poking)?

No that is what I’m running 18x9 at +18 offset.

that would look like mine with fender well poke.

and idk if it’ll fit with no lift. Others would have to chime in for that. Just showing you the poke and stance

This is impossible to clearly answer. The wheels are not the only thing that determines poke. You could have a wheel and tire setup that is flush, then get a different tire that is slightly wider (even if the size says it's the same) and then have poke outside the wheel well. If your wheel face is flush your tire WILL stick out more because tires are wider than the wheel.

Hell, your air pressure will impact how it sits. There is no magic answer here, only generalities. There are even variances between trucks. Previous gen tundra a member and I got identical wheels and bought the same size tires, though different brands. He had zero rubbing, I had rubbing at full lock in reverse. Turned out that the tire brands had a variance.

Why not just measure current clearance and figure out how much you have to give, adding a little bit for tire size variations and brands? That will give you a better idea without taking into account offset and backspacing, and utilizing more advanced modeling techniques.
