My main question i have today is, I bought brand new bilsteins struts for the front end suspension and I need to know what level kit is compatible with the factory OEM bilstein loaded struts? I bought rough country but I don't think they fit with the bilsteins(2.5 inch)

You bought factory replacement Bilstein shocks? Not to clear on what you’re asking here. But if you’re using a spacer kit to level the truck, it just fits between the top of the assembly and the frame. You don’t need to do anything to the shock.

Maybe I should ask it better, does anyone know what brand level kit goes best with Toyota factory OEM bilstein struts?

Man, you have been told and you still don't listen.
Spacers have nothing to do with whatever brand of shock you choose.
Pull up a schematic on Toyota struts and look how spacers are used.

Why do you think it won't fit?

Why not just use Bilstein 5100 front and rear and forgo the spacer kit completely?
Not what you asked, but seems like the logical solution.

You'll find far and few around here that will recommend a spacer lift/level.
If you need to lift the rear, then go with Toytec shackles.

Or if you're dead set on a spaver level/lift, good luck.
Not really understanding your question though.

the cheap spacer lifts are all basically the same. Does not matter if you are running stock shocks or any other shock (as long as the shock is a factory replacement-non lifted). So choose whatever spacer lift/level you want.

But look in the suspension forum here at the stickies for pros/cons on the different types of lifts. Spacer lifts are cheap, which is a pro for some, but they have disadvantages as well.
