I see these kits on eBay, but that always makes me nervous. Is there a trusted vendor that sells the full factory kit (belt, pulleys, water pump, tensioner, gaskets, etc.?

    Thanks!

I see these Aisin parts kits, but are we sure that Aisin is OEM? I will pay an additional few hundred for the peace of mind.

X2 on the Aisin from Rockauto. It’s the one. Be sure to get the full kit with the tensioners included. Grab a serpentine belt while you’re in there.

Buy a new thermostat too. Every Toyota/Lexus V8 engine I've worked on has warmed up way faster and ran cooler with a new thermostat. You need to remove it anyway when doing the timing belt job.

Aisin is OEM for that as well.

    Here you go: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/asn-tkt-021

Summit is free shipping over $101 right now if I recall. They are always within a buck or two of rockAuto, and often cheaper than legit sellers on scAmazon (the cheaper sellers usually aren’t legit, and even for legit sellers you have no guarantee you’ll get genuine product)
