Where can I get these metal clips on my taillight housings?

2008/5.7L/Limited/Dbl Cab
I stripped the bolts that attach the taillight housings when trying to replace my rear turn signal bulbs. I don’t think they had been removed in a long time. I ordered replacement bolts and what I thought were the metal clips that the bolts thread into. I actually ordered some plastic clips that attach to the body of the truck and not the taillight housings. I can’t figure out what the part number for these metal clips is. Are they a generic part that any auto parts store carries? Picture below is one of the four metal clips I need.

Unfortunately, Toyota does not sell those metal clips separately from the housing.
