2022 tundra limited off road crew

I have a 2022 tundra crew trd off road.
Truck actually seems level. Everything I see says needs 1.75 level kit. In saying this I have stock wheels 265/70/18
I'm looking to run 265/60/r20 with -22 offset. Do I need to make modifications or should they fit?
