    3in lift.
Hi Guys! Trying to get me a set of wheels for my truck. Currently I have a 3in lift for my truck. I was wondering if this tire size and wheel size combination would work without any rubbing issues. I picked this combo because I really like how it looks.

    Wheels size 17x9 -12 offset
    Tire size LT285/70R17

When I bought my truck the previous owner had 33x12.5 on a 20x12 -44 and removed the whole front mud flap and cut the plastic off. Now all you see is the cab mount. The tires would rub like crazy lol. Got rid of them and so that’s why I’m looking for a new set of shoes.

I mean -12 is going to stick out quite a bit. The tire size you have will not be a problem at all. You could go more positive and even a ZERO and would be fine. 20x12 is a big difference from what your thinking bout.

    Alot of them
I ran a 285/70/18 0 offset on both of my trucks. That tire is not a wider tire and I wouldn't run a -12 offset with that size.

I run 275/70 18 tires and I’m looking to add some FUEL wheels 18x9 with a - offset. Either -12 or a -1. I want the wheel to stick out a little and I believe the -12 gives me an inch out. I should be ok??

Thanks hotchops! I went with the +1 and it’s out about 2. I’m thinking I can go with taller tires as I see quite a bit of daylight. Debating on doing Flares.

@mrmisky1969 Looks Good dude! Yeah you might could tuck some 305's in there.

If you did a BMC you could do 35's
