Wheel studs on 22 tundra

Hi guys
I'm wondering if anyone needed to install longer wheel studs on their 22 tundra in order to properly mount new wheels?

 

I didn't need longer studs but I did have to use the special 'ET' style aftermarket lug nuts. And you likely will too.

 

Hmm u got a link to this particular type of lug nut? I just went to autozone and bought some open ended 14mm lug nuts. They are doing fine now but I just curious if I should have done something differently.

See above. A reputable tire and wheel shop should have these or can get them for you.

If you are only grabbing a few threads because your lug nuts are not extending into the holes of the new aftermarket wheels, that would be a very dangerous situation and I highly recommend not driving the vehicle until they are replaced.

From what I've seen, the '22+ Tundra use the same wheel studs as previous Gens, so should be similar to the ones in this post:
