I just brought my 2024 Tundra Limited in for it's 10,000 mile service. As everyone probably knows for this service under ToyotaCare they rotate the tires to mitigate tire wear but they don't balance them. Why do they think this is ok? What good is rotating the tires if you don't rebalance them?

pretty rare to rebalance without a complaint of vibration in them

^^^^^ No need to rebalance if there is no vibration. Just rotating the tires should not cause any new vibrations. ^^^^^

rotation and balance around every oil change, 5k miles. Smooth, keeps it driving great and significantly improves tire wear. I always use DT for tires so it is all free, just an hour of my time.
