Stock, 295s can fit, is very stuffed look. You will need to lose the front air flaps, maybe need to remove mud flaps, and may need to heat and clearance the wheel well liner. Ive seen stock trucks with 295 and +25 wheels, so it can work. Most run a level at least, 2 inches lift when running those size tires.

I run 35x12.5x18 (really 34.5) on my Method 701 18x9 +25mm offset wheels... Was rubbing a bit on the front fender liner (after removing air dam) but decided to go with a steel front bumper to get a better approach angle off-road and eliminate all the rubbing. I also run a 3/1 lift. I would say 295/70/18 is hit and miss on stock trucks, I would consider a leveling kit at the very least and even then be prepared to reshape your fender liner with a heat gun and remove the rear mud flaps. A big part of fitting oversized tires on our trucks is getting a good alignment. Take it to a reputable 4x4 shop.
