What years of the 2nd gen has VSC shut off when using 4wd?

2007 Tundra Crewmax Limited Silver/Redrock

Ive searched and searched but can’t find an answer to this.

On my 2007, the VSC OFF light comes on when I shift into 4wd, as it was designed to do. I seem to recall a Motor Trend or Car and driver article complain that the VSC would be most needed when most people use 4wd (in snow).

I’m wondering when Toyota changed it to where the VSC Still works when 4wd hi is engaged.
