    grey 2011 tundra crewmax
    today i had new tires put on my tundra at tire pros in roseburg or. when i picked it up they said they had problems taking off one wheel but my truck was done i got in and drove off only about a half block then i heard gnarly grinding n my front wheel locked up in traffic it broke loose so i turned around n went back when i got back i looked and the lug nut they were having problems with i noticed had fell back in the rotor because they never even attempted to put a lug nut on it i could of killed someone what do you think i should do

    Your truck needs to be made whole, obviously at their expense. They should discount your original purchase as well. Gross negligence would be a tough one and there are no real damages (physical harm). So get what you can out of them. They knew they had a hard time, and messed up which is not excusable, but, I don’t see much more than repairs, etc. if they don’t satisfy you 100%, make it your short term mission to wreck their reputation on the web, BBB, social media. If they own it and fix it, call it a day.
