Hi All! Brand new. Long time reader.

Need tire size help. Currently running cooper discoverer AT3 275/65 18s, stock wheels (the 18x8 +60 ones in black). Truck has a Dobinsons 3 front 2 rear suspension lift. Spc UCAs. Highways, commuting, overlanding / offroad on weekends. Eventually will do a tan softopper/drawers, bumper/winch. Going for better ride, more clearance, fill out the wheel well nice, no long term problems.

Q: 285/70 or 295/70 tires? Have loved k02s in the past, these tires are not quiet, but fine. It goes lock to lock a ton for parking. Tires need to not catch anything.

Don’t want MTs or anything loud. Needs to be safe in rain, snow, heat, east coast. Seems a 285/70 toyo, @56 lbs is a winner, but $422/tire sucks. I see 295/70 old KO2’s for $376 at 4WP. 275/70 is a deal but maybe not different enough to be worth it. Thoughts guys? Not interested in any poke at all. Thanks! Current rig here.
