What size would you say front license plate screws are?

Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2 suspension, HD RAS, 285/75-18 Nokian Outpost AT, LoPro bed cover, TRD rear sway bar, DD 10 inch exhaust, and various other goodies

Those are installed by the dealers so they could vary greatly depending what they choose to use or what is available to them. As long as the screws are same size or larger diameter than what was installed originally you will be fine. One too small/thin can pull out.
