I know there are several people here who run the Eibach Stage 1 kit. I have a 2014 crewmax, but it's not a TRD. Will the standard 4WD kit still fit? Is there anything additionally I should buy or have the shop do?

I'm not looking to lift it past the minimum on this kit. We're expecting a baby soon and don't need to make it more difficult to get them in and out. I also don't tow much or do any insane off roading. Just looking for some extra suggestions and tips based on my needs before I order this kit and have the shop install it.

What is the "minimum" you are referencing for lift height? Are you trying to lift your truck or keep it the same height it currently is?

Doesn't look like the Stage 1 is adjustable and its expected to give you 2.5" up front. This will make you nose high unless you do something to the rear.

Also, from a quick Google it doesn't look like it includes the top hats and hardware for the front or the rear. So the shop will have to take your front apart to reuse or you will need to buy top hats. Also, if your rear bushings are in bad shape, I'd recommend replacing those instead of re-using them.

If you are going to be buying new hardware for the front. Check out either the Eibach stage 2 or their Pro series. Costs more but they include the front hardware and come assembled, and the Pro series is adjustable. Might be worth looking some more at options.
