Top few things I've already done and a few I'm thinking about.
    1. Seat Belt Extender
Holy crap was this a game changer. If you haven't yet been treated to the garbling scream of insanity-inducing rage the Tundra belts out when you don't have your seat belt on, maybe this doesn't resound with you, but if you have you understand exactly what I'm talking about. Yes, I know the Carista thing can turn it off, but just plugging these in is an easy fix, and for the short on-farm drives, it saves my ears. And Brain.
    2. Tuffskinz Center Console Overlay
Why Toyota made the surface - the horizontal, catch-every-speck-of-dust-and-dirt surface - of the area around the gear shit a high gloss black is beyond me. Every fingerprint, flit of dust, etc. glaringly shows up, and it's a pain to constantly clean it. I covered it with a tuffskinz matter black and VOILA. Problem solved.
I also got some of the other interior inserts and can attest they are perfectly fit for the truck and do make a big difference in appearance.
    3. CarlinkIt
If you haven't already purchased a Carlinkit or a beneize (sp?) box, do it. It's super easy to install and the ability to watch TV, Netflix, etc. on that beautiful screen is just awesome.
    4. Window Tint
I suppose I don't have to say anything about this. Get your windows tinted. Legally of course (although I wish the law in Alabama allowed me to go darker).
    5. Tuffskiz Exterior
I installed the letter inserts for the front bumper and tailgate. To me, it really makes things shine and stand out. Easy peasy install.
    6. Storage Inside
If you own a hybrid, storage space inside is a bit of an issue, since the entirety of the back under seat is a giant battery. To solve this I bought and installed two back-of=seat organizers. The ones I got have molle webbing so I was allowed to organize my pouches any way I liked. Created an easy, out of the way place to store my tow straps, tie downs, gloves, etc.
I also put a visor molle sleeve on the driver's visor. It's actually come in handy to hold extra glasses, receipts, etc., and doubles benefit by keeping my console clear of useless junk everywhere.
    7. Bed Cover/Cap
I really like a bunch of different bed covers, especially the automagic push button variety, but they all had some of the same issues for me. The bed is already short (5'5), and taking up space for the roll up portion was a no-go. The diamondback series look GREAT, but once again, if I can't roll it out of the way, I'm screwed when I need to use the bed.
I solved this - for now, anyway - by purchasing a Flated bed cap. I've only had it for a short couple weeks, but putting it on and taking it off is pretty easy, and it provides me a quick way to keep stuff in bed safe (from elements) while on specific trips.

Things I plan on/think would be nice for later:
    - Install a roof rack
    - Install ditch lights
    - Potentially add a bed rack. I like the idea (and the look) of this but don't know how practical it'd be.
    - Potentially change front bumper to allow winch and recovery hooks
    - Changing to a larger tire size (I don't offroad so this doesn't seem like a NEED, not to mention the prospect of installing a lift to allow for this seems much)

    Cheers,

Seatbelt chimes can be turned off with carista or techstream.
