How do you like them P rated? I’ve owned a few sets of these but always E rated. Debating on sticking to the P rating as well.

Well it looks great I almost bought that exact truck but I ended up going with a crewmax because of my kids car seats. I still got black but now I’ve got to black it out like the one you have and I’m planning on getting those exact tires.

As you can see, I used the 1 man “unsold original tires” method to position them...now I can say I’d highly recommend a second person, lol

So far they’re all good, handling is better than the 255’s it came with. They felt soft in the corners. Minimal road noise, haven’t towed yet but I figure the truck is rated at 10,000 lbs towing with P rated and I don’t go off road so why bother with the extra weight and stiffer ride?

Mine already has the 275/65 on it. I’m just wanting to put my favorite tire (the at3 you have) back on.
I’m in the same boat, no off roading, not a daily tower, I think you’ve sold me on keep the weight and price down and staying P

In the DC metro area I paid $299. I’m assuming it’s an ok price, I shopped around and was the only one who had the product and would do the job. It’s a reputable shop I’ve used before.

I installed some sumo springs on the truck yesterday to help support the weight since my custom springs started to flatten out. Got my arch back and now it sits level again. Drove it around and it feels better than before. A lot less sway in the rear and I was having some bad squeaks and tried everything to find it with no luck. Turns out after I installed the sumos the squeak is gone. Guess it was the leafs crying about the weight. Lol. The custom leafs add 2” of height above stock so had to have sumo springs provide a different bracket and 2” spacer. Also replaced the ubolts so that it’s all new and heard of you are trying to reuse old bolts it’s bad news. So for 30 dollars didn’t want to risk it. 605FB5A3-4394-40EC-B1BF-540D972B632C.jpg6A5F14AC-2046-45F9-BBCA-0FD11F5CF5E8.jpg

Yes they are. I bought the regular sized ones first to try them out and they touched the entire time as well. I am loaded up with bed rack and RTT full size spare(37”) and pro eagle jack and mx pro tonneau cover at all times so my ass end is heavy. They made a huge difference in the ride on road and off road. The truck felt more stable, since I don’t have any sway bars front or rear the truck was a little sloppy. After putting on the 2” spacer to make up the difference of the custom springs it brought the truck back up to the height it was when I put the leaf springs on. They started drooping after about 6 months. I only went for a short test drive and when I hit the gas I don’t feel the rear squat at all anymore. We’ll see how it goes off road.

So I washed my baby today. Decided to try this hybrid ceramic wax by Meguiar’s. I hand washed, then sprayed this wax on VERY liberally and rinsed off with a pressure washer. The water beaded very nicely and evenly. I’m a little impressed with this stuff. Time will tell how well it holds up though. BTW I am aware that this ceramic wax stuff is NOT a true ceramic coating but it’ll do for me on a budget. Lol

Most importantly my baby is clean!
