Yup - the SPC ones along side the toytec boss coilovers. Probably the most annoying part was getting the front sway bar back into place.

Installed my Dirty Deeds 6" Budget System.... and let that roar to life !!! I love it...( of course its my 2nd system...first one went on my 2011)
Dumped all Diff's and TC .. Replaced them with Red Line Synthetic and TC got Ravenol 75W in it. ( BTW the Ravenol oil come it a SUPER cool funnel attached bottle...Simplest oil change /fill possible)
SO I'm good for another 30K

One thing that did piss me off.. this 2016 is a Toyota Certified Vehicle..the diffs have NEVER been done on it...had some big chunks of metal in Rear DIff and a lot on BOTH Diff magnets. I try to avoid the Stealership as much as I can and CERTAINLY don't take it to a Jiffy Lube or anything like that unless I can watch them dump the oil and pull the filter. One stealership near me claims they do Synthetic Oil change for $ 29.00..... I find that very hard to believe... so I just do it myself

Just wondering if I should just do 10K on the Diffs and then re do them just to be safe. .... any thoughts on that ?

The UCAs. Passenger side took me an hour since it was my first time ever doing it, driver side was 29 minutes. When I did my shocks the first and second time, the coilovers took me much longer since I had to swap shocks which involved spring compressors (this was three hours total for coilovers).

Well, yesterday I finally got my alignment done since the new suspension.

But on a side note, today I got to break into my first trailer! Lol, it’s actually mine and I broke the key in the lock trying to caveman it open since it was rusted pretty good. Those puck locks are tough, took about an hour of drilling the SOB. At least I know it was secure. Haha4416EC77-F702-4EAD-8079-FE745D7CE950.jpg

Awesome, did you find any helpful videos on the main cabin disassembly? I know there are some taco tunes and other videos out there. Was it a full day to pull the seats, carpet and do the floors?

I did not follow any videos. Just figured things out as I go, not too difficult. Just make sure to take plenty of photos where things go. Disassembly took me 5 hours, sound deadened the whole cabin including floor, back, and roof took me about 8 hours.

The cab is easy to disassemble:
-remove the 4 bolts holding each of the front seat
-disconnect the battery (I have power seats so I have to remove the bolts first)
-tilt front seats to the rear and disconnect the plugs, including air bag sensor and remove front seats
    - 8 bolts hold in the rear seats (there is one bolt with coarse threads, so pay attention to where it is)
    -pop the door sill plates
    - unscrew shifter, open center console lid and remove the top half of that includes the cup holders
-in the console are a few screws, then around the shifter ar 2 more
    - disconnect the electrical connectors and pull the cosole
    - remove kick panels, lower cover between doors
    - remove carpet
    - remove foam that is under the rear bench area

    Disassembly takes about 30-45 minutes

30-45 minutes is really fast. I took my time not to break anything and I also took the headliner down to sound deaden the roof

I didn't physically do anything to it. I just had a moment of silence where I appreciated not having a push button start system in my Tundra.

I use a Milwaukee 12v impact to remove all the bolts. Have some 18v impacts for the larger bolts. Probably have removed the seats 4 or 5 times now.
I have not done the roof in my truck yet, but have helped someone else. The headliner was a pain to remove, took around 2 hours to get it out. Those clips on the ceiling handles were the worst.

They are sitting in my garage. I thought about selling them, but I decided to keep the lights and wiring, so not really marketable. If someone just needed the steps with the motors attached, that would be different. I'm not sure whether Amp Research sells the wiring kit separately though.

So this was yesterday but I installed the front Wet Okole seatcovers. I’ll be doing the back one afternoon since I’ll have to unbolt the rear seats to get the top portions on.

I'm glad this install is over. I learned a lot. Fox fronts and SPC UCAs. No more front spacer. Now for an alignment.

They do. But AMP won't sell direct, only vendors fyi.

I just bought a used set on CL with a brand new wiring harness and brain. I think it's like 175 bucks. The guy traded his truck in and had them take off the steps. But forgot to check if they took the wiring off until it was too late. So he bought a new one to sell them.

In my opinion, you could sell them easily. I have only seen a couple used sets for sale ever. They are an awesome product but very expensive compared to stationary ones. So if someone can get their hands on a set for less and buy a harness, I'm sure they would.

Decided to plasti dip the mirror covers and the door handles, as well as a debadge the side of the truck to see what the outcome would be.

Overall very pleased with the look; now I think I'm going to order some black door handles and some OEM silver mirror caps. Probably going to add the TRD emblem on the back of the bed too.

Tinting the windows in the near future too. It will all help to complete the blackout look

The control arms were tough. Some say they are not. The long bolt requires things to be removed/moved around in the engine bay. I got mine off Amazon.
