Mods can go through and remove off-topic posts. I think this one has just become too long and unmanageable with posts that are not "here's what I did to my truck today" but instead, stuff that should probably be PM'd.

Ah, I see. Idk, maybe I'm new but I enjoy reading the different posts especially ones that pertain to someone's mod. Kinda helps out for future projects, but I can see how off the wall topics can become frustrating.

Absolutely, my post would definitely be among those to go. And I'm OK with that as long as the other 1,691 pages are whittled down too!

Let's be honest - a fair amount of the off-topic posts provide the comic relief I need to get through the day. You can only read the @Elk Hunter thread so many times...

Picked up this Leer 100R truck shell for $1K on the FB Marketplace. It's even the right color, what are the chances of that?

Installed some new 1.25" wheel spacers on my 2016 CM 1794. Seems these KSP Performance hub-centric spacers for $110 off Amazon work just as well as the SpiderTrax I put on my 2007 4Runner.

Yes it will look funny. I had this same kit in my 2013...rode rough. Do not offroad with it. I switched to Toytecs after a year and a half. PS.....those front spacers do go in a certain way. I don't think the instructions mentioned it.

I had the same kit on my 2008, it was a little stiffer than factory TRD OR, but it worked fine for me - I had it for about 150k miles. As for look funny...maybe a little, but I still did it. I was in need of new tires, and wanted new rims, but wasn't going to spend the money on aftermarket rims. So I found a set of factory take-off 2015 TRD rims with 10 miles on the tires for $400 less than I was looking at for just tires. So I spent about 50k miles with a 3/1 level kit on the factory Michelins. They don't look THAT bad...just don't look all big and badass is all.

I beleive these are the updated clips. There is a post in here somewhere but @Roman can verify the part number. I am working on building a quick reference list for common parts like this. https://www.sparksparts.com/oem-par...9dHVuZHJhJnk9MjAyMCZ0PXNyNSZlPTUtN2wtdjgtZ2Fz

Edit....yes this is correct for the part number...see post #36 https://www.tundras.com/threads/hood-bulge-problem.39676/page-2#post-1036730

Steer wheel chrome is no mas. I gotta say I'm kinda proud of myself. Since black Friday the chrome delete was the only thing I purchased. I'm pretty happy with the truck the way it is.
