Nice looking truck. Bet it sounds great with the BAMuffler also.

No. A 305/55 is the closest they make. I'm wanting to try the nitto ridge grappler next. My wheels are 20x9 +18 so I have the room without spacers

Absolutely amazing. It’s so perfect, it’s too good. Windows up and cruising barely know it’s there. Roll the window down and it sounds damn good, deep rumble. Get on it and all hell breaks loose. Sounds deep on cold start too.

My thought on this is the distance from the bottom of the strut to the top does not change; the stroke remains the same regardless of where you put the clip. This theory would only apply if someone used a spacer at the top of the strut. My guess is Bilstein includes the spacers/shims because the coils might touch each other at full compression.

300 mile update. It is still a huge difference between with and without the resonator. Wife approves riding in the truck again and with the weather being so good in Texas right now, with the windows down it almost sounds the same. I will say it is nice to have a quieter cabin for the longer stretches. I do miss the rumble in the cab, but I think the resonator is staying on.

So your saying if I cut the “GREEN” wire and cap it. The image will be correct? Did you do this and it worked?

Am I tripping or does your nipple look different than mine? Is it simply for the "faster flow"?

Hey Paul, cutting one of the wires will correct the image, cutting the other will get rid of the “distance lines”...if you watch my video, at the 27 minute and 8 second mark I talk about those wires...they do this because most people use these cameras on the back of the truck so you would want the image mirrored...but when mounted on the front, you have to cut the wire to “fix” the image...cameras are different though, your instructions should have told ya what one to cut for image and what one for lines...hope that helps!

Looking to purchase soon and was wondering if there is a reason to choose one over the other. I see on there website that you can get a cap for the long nipple and they have kits for both but looks like Amazon is a little cheaper on the valve itself.

It’s kinda personal preference but some say the shorter is better on certain trucks just because it doesn’t hang as low (bigger deal if you rock crawl or off-road a lot)...I went with the shorter one just to be on the safer side but not sure it matters as much on our tundras, maybe someone else can jump in...you can also use that cap for the shorter nipple, I just trimmed mine slightly...you have to use an adapter on the shorter one as well, where as the longer one you just pop the drain hose directly on it...no biggie, the adapter pops right on and off...can’t remember if mine came with adapter or if I had to buy separately, it’s just a little plastic piece (can get a straight one or a 90 degree angled one)...bought mine a couple weeks ago and sounds crazy, but I’m thinking about changing my oil early just to put it on

I just hit 4000 miles and want to change my oil soon and plan on adding the Fumoto valve when I do. I don't do any rock crawling but might run into deep slushy snow if that could be a concern. Think I will just go with the short nipple and get the hose kit.

Looks really good! I would love to this as it’s a pain finding things in the dark with the cover down. I don’t need all the rope lighting from the other mod, just need a little light like this.

Just checked and found that there is a upgraded version so instead of the F103 S or N there is now a F133 S or N which is to allow for faster draining.

Yes, that is what I found too. The F133’s (N or S) are supposedly 60% larger body for a faster drain flow. I went with the F133N because I am not “lifted” yet... and was not sure about clearance.

My Re-gear is finally broken in with 550 miles. I went to change the diff fluids and found the shop that re-geared it stripped the drain plug.

The day I got it home it had an axle leak and they wanted me to leave it 3 weeks until they had an open spot. I pulled the axle and did it myself. I’m done with them and told all my friends in the industry and car / truck groups about their integrity.

I’m sure it would have never been a problem long term, but all it would take would be that one hard bump to cause everything to bottom out.

Son bought me a mini dvr for my birthday. Just got done doing a test drive.

I have it set up so that anytime I toggle a camera on to my display it records. It could be done different but it would complicate the install so I went the path of least resistance.
