Can't seem to upload DXF files.
    Here the are as PDF's

Outside frame is 7 x 9 inches, and has 1 inch 'border'. The inner 'tangs' are cut to make bending easy.. I have tried to adjust the hole positions on this version so they better match the factory skid plate (to avoid brackets etc). Was going to cut out another set today but other jobs got in the way (like driving some horses :) )

Inside frame is slightly smaller than 5 x 7 inches

I can email DXF files if you provide an email address.

Right? IMO, best looking MGM I've seen. Those tires add so much, but they are $$$$$

Well, I kinda screwed up. Wife and kids were gone for a few hours after I got home from work so I thought it would be a good time to install my Caliraised lower grill light bar bracket and my Coachbuilder bumper shims.

Everything was great. Smooth going, easy install until I tightened the top bumper nut. I freaking stripped the nut or the bolt. Both don't look good so I'm really not sure which one is jacked up. I went to Lowes and picked up a new 10x1.25 nut but can't get it to grab. I ordered a die to hopefully fix the bolt but who knows.

A word for the wise to those that might be considering this as well. The Caliraised bracket and bumper shims combined do not leave enough thread to bite into the top bolt holding the bumper on each side. Different nuts for sure might help.

If any of you have some magical solutions, I'm all ears.

I will follow up later to let you know if I was able to fix the bolt or grind it off.

    20200831_192025.jpg

Ok today was better. I was able to use a die and get some thread showing. I put on a different bolt on both sides just to make sure it gets a good bite.

Light bar is in and the bumper and bracket are secure. Its a 31" bar from GG Lighting so i needed to add washers to fill the 1" gap.

No time to get it wired up so that will be another day.

Nothing magical, but when I installed the shims, I installed just 1 each, so 1/4 shim, which was able to solve the front fender rub I had. If you can remove 1 of the shims and still clear, then you have 1/4 inch of threads remaining for your light bracket.

Lets see a side shot! I've been thinking about putting a couple of shims on top of my 6112s and doing the coachbuilder shackles in the back.

Maybe if I understand you correctly, just match up the bolt in size but get next size up in length. I'd get a grade 8 longer bolt, might do the trick.
