As Squatting Pigeon mentioned, the OME kit with the 612 springs is just enough lift to avoid requiring new UCAs. Their other springs exceed a 3" lift and that does require a UCA if i remember correctly. The truck drives great though, stable at speed with no pull at all and per the tech should still allow for even tire wear. I do eventually plan on getting UCA's though.

I'm planning on getting the 613's eventually since I will be installing an ARB bumper, winch, dual batteries, and an air compressor up front in the near future. However I'm gonna see how my 5100's handle everything first. In the distant future I'd love to switch to 35's, so I have a feeling I'll definitely need to do the 613's and UCA's when that time comes.

As always looks awesome! I tried to get the graphite wheels when I bought my truck but they wouldn't do that with the blackout package. Excited to see how these look on your truck!

I only have their sliders. The passenger side is pretty simple, driver side not so much. Even with taking the gas tank cover off, there is very little room to manipulate the bolts toward the rear. Super tight access. Some of the newer slider producers have taken this into account and provide nuts welded to sticks to get into the hard to reach places.

This is damn near my setup, BMC, SPC uca’s & 613’s. aRB bumper, don’t have the winch yet. And on 37s. I like the way it drives, and handles. The way they valve the shocks, it is smoother the faster I drive for sure. I can do a 60mph on logging roads no problem, zero slide on wash board etc. It gets slightly more harsh the slower I drive. Not too harsh, but solid like a work horse. I’m sure with a winch, extra battery and compressor it will be perfect.

Damn....It seems like most shops outside of my area want an arm and a leg to install Katzkins. Local shop did mine for $250 and the only other one in my area wanted $800 but even that’s a deal by comparison. Good luck, hope you find a reasonable place to get it done!

You are one lucky guy! Most places are telling me 1200 I did call one place that someone on here referred me to for cheaper but they’re an hour away and I’d have to wait there I’m in SoCal and most places are closed. Idk I’m going to shop around a bit more.

I would definitely....that should be the price including the leather lol. I thought it was too good to be true when they told me the price but they had great reviews and did a great job.

Not gonna lie, I didn’t want to add these flares (but I got sick of rocks kicking up and chipping paint), but now that they’re on they’re quickly growing on me...paint protection film underneath so hopefully no issues with scratching if I ever remove! (Install video will be up soon)
Bushwacker Pocket Style Flares (painted to match)

Also just ordered my custom grill, should be completed and here in about 3 weeks!

Looks great. Looks like it lifted it quite a bit. I have run OME on other vehicles, always is a little higher than advertised. How is the ride and handling now? Did you replace UCA?

Thanks! It rides and handles great on road and on the dirt/gravel roads i live on. Takes bumps and dips at speed very well. I was concered it may be too harsh given the shocks and 10 ply tires but i hardly notice a difference from a comfort perspective. Going to take it out for a trip in a few weeks and see how she does on some trails. And no, stock UCA's for now.
