It's a leveling kit that the dealer installed - it was that way before I was interested in the truck. Looks to be right around 2" but I'm planning on having it removed eventually and going to 5100s more than likely. I had the 5100s on my Tacoma on stock coils and it rode great. Just spending money elsewhere before messing with the suspension. It rides a little stiff but not much stiffer than my dad's stock tundra.

Theres a dude in NH I see almost every week when im there working that butchered his front grill with plastidip and a random dude went down my dirt road the other day in either a ‘16 or ‘17 inferno with CT plates, he stopped and was like ‘nice truck!’ and I was like ‘hey you too’ and off he went. Those are the only two I recall seeing in person around these parts.

Ride-rite, cover kings, TRD skid plate, TRD sways, power tow mirrors, ... TBD
I put on the Tailgate electric lock, and D-ring’s in the bed today.

I found out you can remove the huge washer (with a hammer and piece of square stock), then put the D ring ABOVE vs. Below the washer...
To get it back on you just torque it down, this way the body washer isn’t canted from the D ring mount under it.

So with this mod it brings us too.
    1) TRD exhaust
    2) Console Vault
    3) Cover King Seat Covers
    4) Wireless Charging tray
    5) Bed D-rings
    6) Elect tailgate lock
    7) Monday I have an appointment at Line-X
    8) Ordered my ARE Z cap it should be here at the end of July

I Still have the air-rites, sway bars and TRD skid plate to go.. plus the power tow mirrors

    Carried stuff with it!

Someone on my route (UPS guy) demo’d their old barn (1890s) and was tossing about two dozen old barn framing studs, 13’ers

Told them to not let anyone take them until I came back in the morning for some.

I took the 5 best ones.

For anyone wondering, the crewmax bed is just fine.

I got this folding tire step from Amazon. Should be helpful if I ever have to work under the hood... but most likely just helpful getting stuff out of the bed :)

Got the Stillen TruPower Stage 2 Cold Air Intake installed last night, perfect little sound added to the new exhaust...supposedly proven to add hp/torque, love the sound revving it up in the garage, can’t wait to open her up!

Not OP but I have the Stillen and this is how I feel so far:

    • Deeper and slightly louder tone with my TRD Catback
    • A fair bit of whistling due to the higher volume of air. Both under acceleration and sometimes at cruising. I think it sounds kinda cool, but if it bothers you I’d recommend changing out that mesh gasket thing during the install.
    • Throttle feels slightly more responsive, a middle ground between stock and Tow/Haul.
    • When towing my ~4k lbs trailer, it feels like it really gets up to speed easier than before when merging into traffic.
    • Install instructions kinda suck. Lots of screws use allenkeys but no allenkey is provided.
    • I’d avoid automated car washes with the front port open. Not worried about driving in rain though.
Overall, I’d do it again with another truck if I had the opportunity. Feels like money well spent.

It uses a K&N filter, which I’ve read conflicting reports about in terms of filtration, so I was thinking of swapping that out to a S&B at some point for peace of mind.

I agree with gentleman above, def gives it a nice little sound with the new exhaust, and I can feel a difference in throttle response...it’s nothing mind blowing but it is noticeable...install instructions with kit are kind of a joke if you’re not familiar with under the hood, I will be posting my step by step install video on my YouTube channel by the weekend (just have to edit)...I also include a sound clip in the video...I def think it’s worth it!

I had this in my 08 and loved it. I also have it plus their Super Stock intake on my 17. It made a huge difference compared to stock.

Gotta ask... What kind of mileage are you getting? I see you have half a tank and still 275 mi. on the DTE

Also, assuming mileage is a little higher since I'm assuming you do a lot of interstate driving!
