Where did you get the color matched grill and bulge?

And how did you go about the TSS system?

Dealer installed TRD dual exhaust system and tonneau cover. Personally installed TRD Pro grille and surround, side mirror caps, and TRD shifter.
I'll look up and PM you the info. I bought the hood bulge separately, from a different supplier. I'll try to find you the discount codes I used also.
The TSS is a easy few bolts to undue and relocate to the new grille radar cover.

What paint is that?! Does it closely match the Cav. blue? That looks good.

so does that make your truck ride rougher assuming that you are sitting on the bump stops when the trailer is attached?

The ride is exactly the same as before! Wife and kids didn’t even notice the difference. I wanted an alternative to installing airbags to combat the dip when towing.

    Hi, Jerry70,

It appears to be an exact match or at least I think so. I use a local paint supply store that mixes our color code (8W2) in rattle cans for just under $20 bucks a can. It is supposed to have really durable acrylics so we will see, but so far I am more than pleased with it.

Thank you for inquiring, great day!

I installed my cam last year and ran the power to the fuse box but I came across this little gem on the TundraCrew FB site. I am going to install it later this week. Wish I knew about it before.

That’s awesome. I saw someone else on this forum spliced into the mirror power, but I wasn’t comfortable doing that. This is a great alternative though.

Wish I found that sooner too, lol.

I took one of those E.D pills and knocked out to tow hooks in 15 minutes but could barely fit under the truck. I’m getting rock lights installed in my truck bed and under the truck this weekend. Nervously optimistic.

I put Timbren bump stops on my ‘08 Tacoma and they worked great when I had a load, but if I was empty and hit a speed bump or rut that caused the frame to hit the bump stop it was a not pleasant.

So the suspension riding on the bump stop under the load was fine but hitting a bump that bottomed out on the bump stop was harsh....is that what you are saying?

It was introduced in 2015 and made standard across all trims in 2018. Being a Platinum it most likely has it.

    Bilstein shocks, Tembren bump stops,
It really doesn’t manage ride height unless you’re towing something.
