Saw these were on overstock pricing on Bezos-world ($6), picked one up for the heck of it. Actually really like it lol now have “two” storage spots in that area and dont feel like i have to dig in a hole to get anything out of it.

My gut tells me, no for 3" lift kits. I doubt they have built in caster for a minimal lift the pro's have.

Received some parts for the Thundra today.

Installed the bed step and I replaced the chrome trim around the windows with gloss black, but sadly the driver side rear was bent on arival so 5 out of 6 pieces were replaced.

Took about an hour for all of it

    Nice!

I am doing the same and will have the handles done and tail gate handle, bumper inserts and going to take off the chrome badges.

Do you have part numbers for the window trim? That will be coming up in the Spring? Then the Moustache and I am all blacked out!

I have the TRD OR package and my understanding was that the AVS/Tech package was not an option.

Did the 2 inches from cornfed up front. Upgraded the UCAs to account for the difference. Looks so much better. Rear is maybe half inch higher, but can’t tell unless I measure .

I got my 24 SR5 a few days before Christmas, not everything done today, except wheels/tires. 20 x 9 12 offset Black Rhino Kelso on 285/60/20 BFG KO2's. Over the past couple of weekends have installed the TRD Pro grille, vent lights, TRD Pro light, Rough Country lower light bar, Rough Country E boards, blackout logo kit, Rough Country 1.75" front levelers, soft roll up tonneau cover, American flag overlays. This weekend will begin replacing/upgrading the speakers.

    @MaxPayne3 Looks great!

Which lightbar do you go with and how did you connect the lightbar? I am going to be doing mine (Diode Dynamics) when the weather gets better Also curious about the blackout for the name plates?

Thanks! The OEM TRD Pro light in the grille PT358-34220-LB. I modified the OEM light since it was a CAN bus and used a universal light relay kit from Orielly's. I bought some AOB 4x4 OEM style Toyota switches https://www.aironboard.com/online/products/switches/toyota-push-switches.html?p=2&toyota_model=454 until my OEM TRD Light switch comes in.
The blackout logos were a kit from Toyota PT948-34222-02

I have the switch but no light bar. I really hope someone figures out how to use the can system to tun it on with the OEM button.

Honestly it's better not using the can bus system for the light, the can bus will turn it off with high beams, at least direct wired allows you to use the light whenever you need it

Question - what is the advantage of the rack vs. just putting skiis in bed? I ask because we ski and I'm sure there's a reason for the rack?

Brought it to the dealership for the temporary fuel line fix recall, the campaign for the parking brake ECU reprogram and my third driver seat panel.

Short bed meant that most of our skis would have to be diagonal taking up space. When we roll to our cabin with all four of us we have a lot of skis (10 pairs this year). Skis piled just loose in the bed would be a mess and not great for the skis (and edges would rust during freeze/thaw). I also have three sandbags (for weight over the rear axle) and these wouldn't work well with skis in the bed. It is very easy to load/unload skis on the rack, but reaching into the bed ... not so much. In my case, there is a bike-rack on the back (fat-bikes) and that makes the bed less accessible. Also, having skis above left me room for other stuff below. The rack is planned for winter-only (easy install/remove).

Great looking setup! Need to show some pics from behind as well.

Any chance you can take some pics of the views from the bed camera and digital rear view through the SmartCap?
