I've been a touch sloppy lately in the speedy response department with BF, holidays, etc, but I do my best!
Those look SO GOOD. I'm digging those splash guards as well. I might have to look into them.

If you guys need a hand in the shipping department lemme know. Happy to help . You've both supported us so happy to return the favor.

update on ride quality after driving on them for a week. Rode pretty much the same I can’t tell a difference. I’m having a little go around with my local dealership to get the alignment right. I was getting a transmission fluid exchange and a coolant exchange and had them align it too. Telling them to use the trd pro specs. This is what they gave me back just a toe and go ‍♂️. It goes back Monday. But the transmission shifts so smooth again!

I enlarged the inner fender opening for colder air to the intake, and made a mesh panel to keep critters out. The opening is 10" wide, ~4.5" tall at the back and ~6" tall at the front, the panel is 1/2" wider on each side and 1/2" taller and secured with M5 screws in nutserts. This will allow the entire ProSpeed box to be open to the inner fender, and get the coldest air possible.

    Happy New Year all

Just a few small items today..

Installed a front/rear dashcam. Got the new Thinkware ARC. Got it hardwired for parking surveillance mode(thanks @RainMan_PNW & @1lowlife for answering my questions about wiring and fuse taps, etc)
    20250101_184720.jpg
Got the rear wiring done. Just waiting to receive my bracket from dashcamstore.

Also started up my own lil patch collection this past week after removing the safety sticker from my visor. We'll see how far this goes. Pulled a few off my rifle range bag. Now I've been scouring the web for patches.
    20250101_184054.jpg
    This one cracks me up...
    20250101_184144.jpg

And lastly, an easy 5HP TRD decal added...

Yeah, it's not a bad idea to have one. After watching that latest video of the insurance fraud in NY among several others, it got me wanting to get one just for peace of mind. They say CA, FL & NY are the states where that kind of stuff happens most often.

I was thinking of getting one when I got my Tundra, then a few months later my wife was driving to work and got in an accident. I got to the accident before the cops and asked her what happened, she said she was driving and the car came from her left and she couldn't stop, she didn't even know where it came from. She had a Yukon at the time, the other car was a small Nissan and it was spun around and off the road. The cops show up and ask her what happened after making sure everyone was ok, she tells him what she told me. He goes and asks the other driver and they tell him they were turning right and she rear-ended them. Which anyone could tell was complete BS because their car was hit in the passenger rear quarter, not the back of the car. It happened in front of a gas station and luckily they had footage showing the accident. It is a divided highway with 4 lanes on each side, this car turned right from the 3rd lane, narrowly missing the truck next to my wife but didn't make it past my wife and she hit the rear quarter panel spinning the car as it jumped the curb. Without that footage who knows how it would have gone. I bought my front and rear dash cam right after that and when she got her new truck we put one in hers as well. I will probably always have one now.

Polished/sealed my new wheels yesterday in prep for install in the next couple weeks.

Quite impressed with the wheel quality. Ive run a bunch of aftermarket wheels on vehicles and these are certainly at the top in initial quality compared to some others.
