In addition to what others have said, might I suggest that you could also get the Hose Kit for the 3/8" ID Nipple Fumoto Valves.

^ I like them as well and am hoping they drop the price a bit with the Black Friday sales almost here.

I have a very similar setup. Have you figured out the best way to get the kayak up there? I muscle, and curse, mine up there every time, and say there has to be a better way. Just curious if you had any tips. Thanks.

And keeping with the thread, I tried searching for a dash leak today. Driver's side. I had a new windshield installed in June and I believe it is the culprit  Have to narrow it down though before contacting them. I just put my rubber floor mats in, so it's now noticeable.

    https://www.thule.com/en-us/water-racks/kayak-and-canoe-racks/thule-hullavator-pro-_-1685448
my Aunt kayaks a lot and she uses some sort of lift assist to get her kayak on top of her SUV by herself, not sure what she uses exactly but it's something like that.

Yes George @Tundra234 I am still alive. I replaced my 295/70/18 Toyo AT 2 with the 285/75/18 Kendra Klever RT. The 285/75/18 are a little heavier and you can tell when breaking. I had to get out the heat gun again as they had some rubbing but not too bad. They clear the body mount / cab mount by about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. I see you have run out of mods these days. You can always come to California and help me with mine!!! Hope all is well.

Nice. Yeah I'm running out of ideas now. My last 2 were adding rear AC and converting the back window from a manual to power sliding.

I use a collapsable step ladder. Gives you much more leverage to get it up on top and also makes it easier to strap down when it's up there. When done. fold it up and throw it in your bed.

This may be after the fact, but Fumoto does have an adjustable position valve available:

Oh damn, I didn't even think of waiting to see if they'd throw out any Black Friday or cyber Monday deals... I'm guessing they'd be advertising it if they were but oh well.

What lift to you have? I want the same size tires but plan to get a 3/1 lift/level Bilstein kit first...hoping no trimming needed at that point.

I have a 3.5” RC lift in the front. 2” ready lift blocks in the rear. I had 295X70R18 Dick Cepek fun country exp on. No rubbing. I did take front mud flap off beforehand. But, In preparation for the 35’s I did a bmc and flattened the pinch weld. Did I need to do that? Don’t know. But, I know I have room now. And I thought it was kinda fun cutting and grinding.

Did you have to drop the diff with that 3.5 up font?
