What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

My first attempt at clay barring and wax. What a chore! Props to everyone that does it themselves. Also awaiting on some C4 sliders.

Thank you. These are 35inch KO2s. I had them before and have had no complaints. I was gonna go with wild peaks but my 4x4 shop said they're much more difficult to balance but who knows.

 

I like this color "Reflective Black Shadow". Matches in well with the grille and has a subtle camouflage look.

 

What a crock on the Wildpeak balance. My ATs didn't put up an ounce of fight to be balanced but my Toyo MTs and Baja ATs sure did.

 

It’s a pain on such a big vehicle. I just use the Griots 3 in 1. Spray, wipe on, wipe off. Easy peasy and good enough results.

 

Agreed! It's the KO2's that are known for balancing issues.

 

I thought it was odd. The price was the same so not sure why they'd make it up who knows. It's a pretty reputable shop in the area and there aren't many good ones near me from my research.

 

Finished my front end color match with vinyl wrap. Not perfect but I didn’t feel like spending $1500 on the paint matched grill pieces and bumper caps.

Thanks! I’ll have to re-do the hood bulge at some point. This was my first time wrapping anything and the shape of it ended up being a bit too complex for my skill set lol. The rest of the parts came out decent with only minor imperfections so I’m happy with it for what it ended up costing me

The Patagonias are wearing way too fast and hard to balance. After three attempts I still get a steering vibration between 55-65. Also I want a more squared off tread pattern.

I’m happy with my KM3’s. No complaints here, and not too loud.
