Yes it will. The springs are adjustable, I raised mine about 1-1/4". One of my favorite mods.

Hey I like that Cat Security. Are there any holes to drill. I haven't decided which one to go with. I was wanting one that has an access door to check the transmission or transfer case levels without having to remove the whole shield.

If you want to use the TRD skidplate, I would suggest you go with Talons. I don't dislike my plates from GetCatSecurity but I'd buy Talons now, as they don't require modification to fit the TRD skidplate I added myself later.

Yes you have to drill out some existing holes in order to fit the rivet nut for the security bolts. It’s a very simple install. Took me about an hour. It would be even easier if you have access to a lift.

You CAN actually install without the security bolts, it's not a requirement, but it sure as hell does make the removal/installations later easier.

I moved the rear diff breather up behind the drivers tail light.
I’ll be doing the seat jackets mod to the drivers seat tomorrow if the weather stays dry.

Parked into a concrete pole. "It'll buff out".

    Options were:

    1. Drive it as is
    2. Smack it up with a sledge hammer
    3. 2 + buy a new plastic cover (it is cheap! $120)
    4. Buy a new offroad bumper

Decided to go with 2 for now, but this was like 4th or 5th time I damaged that chrome scoop. Probably need a better bumper.

I ordered a Valvomax oil drain system for my Tundra, 4Runner & Jeep. They will send you a 20% off coupon code if you sign up for their emails.
Not a bad deal if I do say so myself.

I did, briefly, but was paying more attention to side mirrors since I was turning, too. I'm not good at spotting a slow moving low contrast things, unless seeing them through the scope running away ;)

Nah, I'm getting older. Also offroad means you loose something every ride, or it was not offroad. On top of that, when I learned how to weld plastic and metal, I certainly became less worried about vehicle damage.

Fixed! Had to add a crowbar to the selection of tools. I love how easy Tundra is to work on!

I want to do this, but I plug my phone in for CarPlay so I can't see the value. I've tried the wireless dongales, but they lagged and weren't a reliable connection.

So I managed to tear my mudflap and most of the wheel well liner off (thanks frozen mud), does anybody know what these fasteners are called/where I can find them on Amazon? AFAIK they’re what the lag screws drill into, but they’re all busted so I’m not 100% certain…

My OttoCast is just about perfect. Every now and then there’s a stutter but it usually happens around the same places where I’d lose my Sirius XM signal for a second so I think it might be one of the secret secret locations where @Squatting Pigeon charges his drones.

Seriously, try the OttoCast if you haven’t yet.
