No, that's on purpose, to maximize protection from flying gravel. I actually wanted a bit narrower flares, just to cover fenders from trees and bushes, but it is what it is. When gravel eats the flares, I'll get a less bloated ones.

None to day....that’s why I’m here.
I drove to the beach this week (190 miles) and I can’t believe how much the ras improves the ride of the truck. I put on 6112’s at 1.9 and 5160’s on a few weeks ago and didn’t notice a substantial ride improvement. I added the ras last week it rides very different.

I haven't the slightest idea. I got it off eBay and it states "unbranded" Probably some cheap china made but it is very sturdy and looks to be in great condition. Bolted right up no problem.

Agreed! Very sturdy and I had an excuse to get a rear bumper anyway.

    A few options:
    • VHT blackout spray, you can polish the coating down to whatever darkness level you like.
    • New housing with all LED lighting (plenty of options out there), BUT you would need to pull down the headliner.
    • Lens from klearz, easy swap and you can order smoked, but pretty expensive for what it is. https://klearz.com/products/toyota/tundra/tundra_3rd_brake_light

Note: All my prior vehicles were black.

I see a photo like this and it momentarily makes me wonder if I picked the right color for my truck (white). I say momentarily... I bet this was dirty about about 15 minutes later

    Beautiful looking truck!

    Too many, but not enough....
The ras is by far my favorite suspension mod. It corrected the tiny bit of thrust angle I had too unless the previous alignment just didnt know wtf they were doing. The new offroad alignment guy really was interested in them he had never seen them.

Leer 100XL cap went on this afternoon. Got lucky and found a used one locally that was already the correct color and in mint condition. Super happy to pay $1500 for it. They are almost $3k new.

Thanks!!! Nah, it actually stayed fairly clean for a few days. We live on a dirt road, so between that and neighbors using blowers to blow dirt off their driveways, it normally doesn't last long. I had to get a good coat of wax on it though to protect from the salt air and tree sap we have. I really like the darker colors. This truck, my wife subi and the '19 4Runner we got rid of were all black!

Finalllllly got my Southeast Toyota skid/step (AKA) Borla Performance skid plate. After a long journey to find it, Borla first sent me one with a defective bracket. Then they sent me a replacement plate without the bar.... 3rd times the charm, they sent me a perfect condition complete item.

Nothing beats this thing for the price, $197 +shipping for a total of $273. Solid welded bar made for Toyota with no hinge points. Retains the tow hooks, strong enough for me to jump up and down on and hugs the factory bumper very closely so approach angle isn't taking a massive hit. The mounting holes have a little forward / backward leeway (oval holes), I have it in the most forward position and my bumper has the Coachbuilder shims. I think it will do well with small/medium critter impacts or parking lot bumps.
