The wife got into that for a while; she was doing pickles and other veggies... but, for some reason that kinda came to a halt.

I’ve got 4-5 different kinds of sauerkraut, homemade hot pepper sauce (and paste ), onions, beets, curtido, and even garlic scapes all in the fridge right now. Wife’s starting up a fresh batch of ‘kraut on Friday…not sure if she’s doing 5lbs or 10lbs of cabbage in this batch. Pretty much year round there’s something bubbling on the kitchen sideboard

i just realized she hasn’t done ginger in a while. Mmm

Cabbage, onion, carrots, and oregano fermented like kraut or kimchi. It’s El Salvadoran (not that I’d have any ethnicity in my body to claim authenticity of it).

There was a well known pickle company that had dill pickle vats in town. One year they won awards for their pickles. At the end of the year they emptied the vats to clean them out and they found two bodies.

Dreher's. I am not even sure they are still around. They closed the pickle plant around 1988.

Installed the Valhalla cat plates and the RCI skid plate. I also installed the C4 Overlander bumper, Warn 89611 ZEON 10-S winch, Stage Series SS3 LED Light - Pro, S8 Series LED Combo Light Bar and finished wiring up the Switch Pros panel and power controller. I added the blue tooth controller to the winch.

I added trd rear sway bar and Toyota running boards to baby shark. I think the sway bar helps? Running boards are a huge addition. No more jumping to get out. Much more civilized now. 0FAFC451-886A-412F-A208-7AC68D014111.jpg88212B92-D533-4330-9D4D-DCA373D85885.jpg
It’s neat that you can work on a truck without jacking it although some clearance would made this job a lot easier. Those nylock nuts on the sway bar…

Can you guys recommend a spacer size to move these wheels out some to fill in those flares better? Like 1.25, 1.5?? Thinking 2” would be too much? I don’t want to get larger tires bc I don’t want to deal with the speedo being off etc. they’re just too far tucked in like they sit now.

1.25” are popular. I believe that would give about +25 offset.

How far are they tucked in? The SpiderTrax 1.25 sounds like what you need. There has been a few sets showing up for sale on here.

I wish. That all took me about a week. I am catching up on projects from the last two years so I didn't have a chance to post it as I got things installed.
